Look for ways to help others by seeing their challenges, obstacles and needs and ask how you can help them. Take action toward making a difference and notice the changes that result from your own change in behavior. When we listen and communicate we are building a trusting and supportive relationship. Knowing that a teammate will be there for you when you need it helps us unite rather than divide us.
